Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) – Tournament Reservations
Purpose
These terms and conditions govern the booking of stays and services offered by the AFGG for left-handed golf tournaments.
Services included
Six nights' accommodation at the Kenzi Rose Garden Hotel with daily breakfast
Welcome function on Sunday evening
Gala dinner, prize presentation with live entertainment on Friday evening
Transfers from the Kenzi Rose Garden Hotel to the golf courses
Reservation and payment
The reservation is confirmed after full payment or a deposit has been made according to the terms and conditions indicated at the time of booking.
Cancellation and refund
All cancellations must be notified by email to contact@afgg.fr.
Refund conditions depend on the cancellation period and will be specified at the time of booking.
Reservation changes
All changes must be requested by email and are subject to availability.
Liability
The AFGG cannot be held liable for any loss, accident, or damage occurring during the stay.
Reimbursement
A full refund will be granted until August 31, 2026. No refunds will be given after September 1.
